1. Digital Products (eBooks, Budget Spreadsheets, etc.)

All digital products, including eBooks, budget spreadsheets, and other downloadable items, are non-refundable.


Due to the nature of digital products, once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned. Therefore, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.


We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions before making a purchase.


2. Travel Packages & Trip Planning Services


2.1 General Policy

All travel packages, bookings, and trip planning services are non-refundable once payment has been made.


By making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions, including this refund policy.


2.2 Third-Party Supplier Terms 

All travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transfer providers, and activity operators.


As a travel planner, we act as an intermediary, and we are bound by supplier policies. We cannot override, change, or bypass these terms.


Refunds (if any) will only be processed:


to the extent that the supplier provides a refund


2.3 Non-Refundable Services & Fees

All service-related work, including:


  • trip planning
  • itinerary creation
  • booking coordination
  • consultations
  • administrative processing

is non-refundable once the booking process has started or been completed, regardless of whether the trip takes place.

 

2.4 Partial Refunds (Where Applicable)

In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued, strictly based on:


  • services that have not yet been booked or paid for
  • components that are refunded by the supplier
  • less any non-refundable bookings, deposits, and service fees

 

This means:

- Not all components of a package are automatically refundable

- Each booking is assessed based on supplier terms

 

2.5 Cancellations & Change of Mind

Cancellations due to:

  • change of mind
  • personal circumstances
  • fear of travel
  • schedule changes

 

do not qualify for a full refund, especially where services remain operational.


2.6 Amendments (Date Changes)

If you request and agree to a date change or booking amendment, the updated booking becomes the active agreement.


Any cancellation after this point will be subject to the standard cancellation policy, and prior payments may remain non-refundable.


2.7 Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:


  • war or political unrest
  • airline policy changes
  • travel advisories
  • natural disasters

 

refunds will be handled strictly in line with supplier policies.

We are not liable for full refunds unless all suppliers involved provide refunds.

 

2.8 Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made at least two (2) months prior to travel, unless otherwise agreed
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking
  • Any payments made up to that point may be forfeited

 

2.9 Use of Bookings

Where a booking is non-refundable but remains valid:

  • clients may still choose to use the booking
  • or explore options directly with the supplier, where permitted


3. Refunds Due to Technical Issues (Digital Products Only)

If you experience issues accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact us at info@lifewithntosh.com.


We will assist by:

  • providing a replacement file
  • resolving the technical issue

This does not constitute a refund.

 

4. No Refunds Policy (General)

We do not offer refunds for:


  • change of mind
  • personal preference
  • failure to use a service
  • circumstances outside of our control

All purchases are made with the understanding that terms have been reviewed and accepted.

 

5. Exceptions

In the rare event of an error on our part (such as incorrect delivery), please contact us within 7 days.


We will assess the issue and may offer:

  • a correction
  • replacement
  • or alternative resolution

Refunds in such cases are issued at our discretion.
