These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Life with Ntosh website (www.lifewithntosh.com) and the services we offer, including the purchase of ebooks, spreadsheets, trip planning, and travel packages. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

• These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers (“you” or “your”) accessing the website and purchasing products or services from us.
2. Products and Services
We offer the following products and services:
• eBooks on Finance and Travel: Digital guides providing valuable insights into travel and financial management.
• Budget Spreadsheets: Tools for managing your finances and tracking your travel expenses.
• Travel Packages: Curated travel packages to select destinations, which may include accommodation, flights, and other travel-related services.
• Trip Planning Services: Customized travel planning assistance to help organize your trips.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
All products and services, including but not limited to eBooks, budget spreadsheets, travel packages, and trip planning services, are non-refundable.
• Due to the digital nature of eBooks and spreadsheets, all sales are final, and refunds or exchanges will not be provided.
• Travel packages and trip planning services are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the package terms.
4. Travel Packages Terms
By purchasing a travel package, you agree to the following conditions:
4.1 Payment Terms
• A non-refundable down payment is required to secure your booking.
• The full amount of the travel package must be paid at least two (2) months prior to departure. If full payment is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.
• Installment payments will be invoiced monthly, and a booking is only considered confirmed once the full amount has been received.
4.2 Booking Confirmation
• Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been made.
• The travel package includes flights, accommodation, transfers, and at least of two (2) activities. Any additional expenses beyond these are your responsibility.
4.3 Flights and Accommodation
• Travel packages are based on selected flights and accommodations. We reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances. If changes occur, we will make every effort to stick to the original itinerary but cannot guarantee it.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details (e.g., names, surnames and passport number) match your travel documents. We will not be liable for any issues caused by incorrect information.
4.4 Cancellations & Flight Changes
• If you cancel your trip, we reserve the right to retain all payments made.
• We are not responsible for airline cancellations, delays, or changes. Any disputes regarding flights must be handled directly with the airline.
4.5 Travel Insurance
• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover flight cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.
5. Payment Terms
• All payments must be made through our accepted payment methods.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the total amount due for your order.
• eBooks, spreadsheets, and trip planning services must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Travel packages may be paid in installments, subject to our installment plan terms.
• Invoices will be issued for each payment.
• Full payment for travel packages is due two (2) months prior to the trip.
• Failure to pay the full amount by the due date will result in cancellation of your booking, and all prior payments will be forfeited, with no refund provided.
• Failure to pay an invoice by the due date may result in:
• An adjustment to the total package price if flight, accommodation, or other costs increase due to delays.
• Cancellation of your booking, in which case all prior payments may be forfeited.
• If you anticipate a delay in payment, you must notify us before the invoice due date to discuss possible options. However, we cannot guarantee price stability if payments are not made on time.
6. User Conduct
By using our website, you agree to:
• Not engage in illegal activities or misuse our services.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Not interfere with the operation of our website.
Failure to comply may result in termination of access to our services.
7. Intellectual Property
• All content on this website, including eBooks, spreadsheets, designs, and materials, is the intellectual property of Life with Ntosh or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without our explicit written consent.
• Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.
